INITIAL CONSULTATION
Free initial consultation for up to 30 minutes at our Luton office or, via telephone with one of our family fee earners This includes a discussion of your situation and determining what the next steps are to be taken, including our fees. If you are likely to be eligible for legal aid, we will confirm all the information you need to provide and arrange a further appointment to complete a legal aid application with you.
FAMILY CONSULTATION
Appointment for up to 60 minutes in our Luton office, or via telephone with one of our family fee earners. This includes a discussion about your situation, providing advice, and determining the next steps that need to be taken. This does not include further advice after the appointment. If you do choose to instruct us to deal with your matter, further payments will be required.
FIXED FEE – £100
VAT – £20
LEGAL AID
Legal aid is the provision of assistance to people who are unable to afford legal representation. At Morgan Wiseman we offer legal aid to those eligible in relation to domestic abuse, children, and care matters.
