Sponsor licences
A sponsorship licence under this category allows employers to employ foreign and migrant workers. We will complete all necessary forms, prepare them for submission, advise you as to the most appropriate supporting documents, and ensure that these are all submitted.
To qualify for a UK Skilled Worker/UK Tier 2 visa extension, you must meet a number of requirements, including working for a UK employer who has been approved by the Home Office, and doing a job from the eligible list of occupations. You must also meet the financial requirements of the visa. The standard fee ranges from £610 to £1,408 depending on your circumstances.
